Protect the bee-saving ban on toxic pesticides

We’re still celebrating the EU’s ban on bee-killing neonicotinoid pesticides, passed thanks to the efforts of hundreds of thousands of SumOfUs members like you, alongside beekeepers and environmental activists.

 

But of course, upholding the ban was never going to “bee” that easy. Now some governments are starting to break the ban on bee-killing pesticides, but the EU hasn't done anything to stop them! If they get away with it - others will do the same.

Industry lobbyists and some European countries have already begun clamouring for exceptions -- right now the Romanian and Lithuanian governments are breaking the ban. The EU could take the matter to the European Court of Justice — but they still haven’t acted! It’s up to you and I to push them into action.

Together let's get the word out that the ban on bee-killing pesticides is hanging on by a thread -- and show the EU that people across Europe won’t let them ignore our bee-saving laws.
